This multi purpose bar can be perfectly installed in place. The installation if the bar is not complicated, the tricky part is the speed metre has to be loosen in order to make space for loosening and tighten the four bolts of the handlebar. It may take quite some time uninstalling the speed metre, but installing the bar takes less than five minutes. The quality of the bar is excellent, you know it by its weight. Surely, it can carry more than 1.5kg.

I used to have a VESPAGTS Convenient Hook (like Hook) that was very useful.

Remove the OEM Upper Holder and assemble the Multi Purpose Bar, Bolt, Spacer and Upper Holder before installing. (If you try to install it without assembling, the Bolt will not fit because the Speedometer Case is in the way. Screw hole position is also Exactly.
Pipe diameter is Φ22.2, same size as Handlebar Pipe diameter, I think it is convenient to install Hook, Carabiner and various holders. The rigidity is high and it looks like OEM parts.
