[How is it used?
I bought it at a place in 2013 and am using it while changing it on three bikes, XLR125R > KLE250 ANHELO > SL230.
Was the one you received as per Image?
I wanted a simple box with minimal decoration and Color.:Unpainted was as Image.
[Color] It has a Clear makeup Cover, but it's not very Glaringly.
How was your experience with it?
In terms of size, my Main usage is Exactly for shopping and day touring in town, Rain Wear + Small things + SUPER shopping or souvenirs are just about in. If you want to stay in a hotel for one night even overnight touring, it is possible? But souvenirs are tough? It is a feeling.
As for the motorcycle, I think that it is just right for the scooter and the mini bike of about 125? The SL230 and XLR125R were just right, but when I put it on the KLE250, it looked a little too small.
I've been using it for 8 years and no major features have failed or been damaged. I've gone to the woods with it on, and I've had one mishap with it on, but it didn't come off or break. The only thing that broke was the stopper (a string-like part) that prevents the top cover from opening too far, but you can buy it on Webike as Repair Parts (Stopper D1B1TIR).
[Color] Clear's makeup cover became yellowish in the sun. I can't help this.
[Points to note]
Since it is a universal product, it may be difficult to put on some carriers. In that case, you will need to be creative.
When you use it, the gap of the lid becomes large by the vibration and it becomes noisy. If you are worried about it, you can put a rubber between the lid. 。
How did it compare to other products?
This is the first Top case so it's not a comparison, but some things don't have to be GIVI.
If you are not particular about Brand, I recommend it.
