I bought a tool and removed it myself. If you try to remove it with Graver, there is a danger of hurting the Stem, so special tools are recommended.
After removing it with the Penetrating Driver on the Frame side, I pushed the old Race on the new Race in the opposite direction.
Bearing on Stem side can be driven with PVC Pipe sold at Home center.

【Please tell me the point of installation and hang (in the case of Hard parts)】
Do not forget how many millimeters to measure by measuring the thickness of the receiving side of Frame and Race when driving Race.
It will be understood as the sound changes as it reaches the back, but you will not be impatient as you do not know how far you should hit it.
