* About quality and texture, A steel spring clamp with a goldish in colour corrosion resistant coating, not silver in colour like the Webike picture.* About the feeling of use, These hose clamps secure the hose very firmly onto the mating receptical and I do like the clean finish as opposed to the screw type hose clamps that can look untidy once secured.* Products to buy together, Some new breather hose was purchased along side these additional hose clamps, I have moved away from the clear breather hose to the black.* Difficulty of installation, The fitting of these hose clamps is simple when using a suitable set of plyers, I used a set of mini multi grips with tape over the ends to prevent scratching up the coating as much as possible..The process was completed in 2 minutes with no difficultly.* Cost performance and comparison with other products, At just over $1 AUD each I find the pricing reasonable but the ones available from NTB can be had for half this price and I will gives those a try if I need more in the future.* About shipping and packaging, I am happy to wait 6 weeks on average for my parts to arrive in Sydney Australia via Webike's sea freight which comes with tracking and insurance so I know I'm covered in case something was to go wrong but with there outstanding bubble wrapping and boxing there have been no problems.* Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing, I can see that maybe using these goldish coloured hose clamps may not be very aesthetically pleasing when paired with the new black breather hose so if that is the case for yourself, Daytona offer these hose clamps in black. About quality and texture - The 13mm hose clamp from SP Takegawa is made from spring steel to maintain it's shape and finshed with a trivalent chromate treatment for prolonged corrosion protection, the quality from the overall fit and finish is perfect.About the feeling of use - The 13mm hose clamp does a wonderful job securing the breather hose to the barbed hose fitting within the catch can system and is a much neater option then using a zip tie, with the end result being a professional looking installation.Products to buy together - A key product to buy together with the 13mm hose clamp is the hose connector that allows for a change in breather hose size from 12mm to 5mm as generally for the motorcycles I work on do not have the small barbed hose fitting on the motorcycle side.Difficulty of installation - The installation of the 13mm hose clamp is a simple task that took 0.1 of an hour to complete. Some slight mechanical aptitude and the use of basic hand tools is all that is required to position the hose clamp to secure the breather hose to the barbed hose fitting.Cost performance and comparison with other products - I find the cost of all the products SP Takegawa sell to be on par when compared to what most other companies sell their products for and the 13mm hose clamp is no different.About shipping and packaging - With there being no cost difference between sea freight and EMS for the 13mm hose clamp, I chose EMS for an earlier arrival date. The part was extremely well protected while being covered in bubble wrap and surrounded with air pillows in a sturdy cardboard box.Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing - For my location, purchasing small common use products like this from Webike Japan is the best option when combining multiple parts together if you are also taking into account the shipping cost.View Detail
About quality and texture: I am happy with the quality of the hose clamps from SP Takegawa. Made from a steel construction with an external diameter of 15 mm and an internal diameter of 13 mm.About the feeling of use: These hose clamps from SP Takegawa are very strong and continue to hold their clamping strength after being removed and installed many times.Products to buy together: Some 8mm clear breather hose from SP Takegawa would also be desirable to purchase alongside the hose clamps for you to be able to connect up to your catch tank.Difficulty of installation: The process to install takes just a few minutes for each hose clamp, I find the strength of the hose clamps too high to be able to fit by hand so use pliers to complete this. Not difficult to do.Cost performance and comparison with other products: Good costing as you are getting a high quality material hose clamp at a fair price as compared to the lower quality material some brands use for their hose clamps that lose their strength over time.About shipping and packaging: Sea freight was my preferred method of shipping due to the lower cost but currently this service is unavailable from Japan Post, EMS is much faster which is nice. Webike kept me updated on the status of my order up to when it shipped. The parcel arrived within the expected date range and was well packaged with no chance of the part being damaged.Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing: SP Takegawa offer their hose clamps in four different sizes but if different sizes are required then NTB hose clamps maybe what you need.View Detail
I purchased a Special Parts Takegawa catch tank kit that was not designed for my motorcycle and required additional 13 milimeter hose clamps to complete the installation. It is great that the included document contain all the part numbers of the kit so in cases like this you can easily look up where to purchase the part numbers to get the job done. Great quality spare parts at an affordable price. Only down side is at the moment there is no really cheap shipping option to Australia so I need to wait until I have a suitable sized order to make my purchases.View Detail

These 15.5 millimeter in diameter hose clamps are used with the 12 millimeter hose, both being from Special Parts Takegawa. Webike have these priced very well considering they are a four piece packet. When installing I like to add electrical tape to my plyers to prevent the hose clamp coating from being damaged keeping them looking as new on the motorcycle. They are a nicely designed hose clamp and give a clean look and finish as compared to the traditional style of hose clamp you tighten with a screwdriver. Looking forward to adding more great parts like this from Webike to my Honda Monkey 125.View Detail
